Currency

All prices on Marble Veil are displayed in USD ($). If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee. We are not responsible for any additional charges applied by your financial institution.

Order Processing

Payment is captured at the time your order is placed. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Payment Security

Our store uses SSL encryption and is fully PCI-DSS compliant. All transactions are processed through certified and secure payment gateways. We never have access to your full card details.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please verify your card details and billing address, or contact your bank. You may also try an alternative payment method. If issues persist, contact us at info@marbleveil.com.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly at info@marbleveil.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and without the need for a formal dispute.

Buy Now, Pay Later

We offer Afterpay as a buy now, pay later option. By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you agree to Afterpay's own terms and conditions. Marble Veil is not responsible for any fees or charges applied by Afterpay.

Taxes & Duties

Prices shown at checkout may not include applicable taxes or import duties depending on your country. Any customs fees or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer.
